The silent auction and burger basket dinner Saturday will feature items from over 70 vendors and businesses, ranging from Hormel Foods to the Minnesota Vikings. The Brady family approached organizations for donations, netting everything from gift certificates to autographed jerseys. "This community's been really generous," Brady said. "I've been really amazed." The money raised will go into a special endowment in Tyler's name, something that was started around the time of his funeral in lieu of flowers. Being a part from the AYH general fund will mean the money can be directed to various things, though, exactly where has yet to be determined. However, Brady said she and her husband Tim have an idea of what they'd like to see happen. They intend for the money to be used to help players who may have run into financial hardship continue to pay for hockey expenses.
